This is, I think, the village of Yockenthwaite in the Yorkshire Dales. The reason I am not sure is that it is such a small village I am not sure if it is this or the few houses/farms slightly further down the road. Anyway, this was taken last summer when I was out filming some footage following the River Wharfe, which is the water visible in this shot). The Wharfe valley is great for landscape photography, but getting it on a sunny day doesn't seem to be easy. I have gone for high saturation on this shot as I just wanted to make the most of actually seeing blue sky and vibrant green grass for once....plus I just really like highly saturated stuff sometimes.
